Erkan Uzunoğlu completed his undergraduate studies in faculty of Electric-Electronics at Kadir Has University and in Faculty of Business Administration at Anadolu University. He has a Master's Degree in Marketing and Advertising at Nişantaşı University.
Mr.Uzunoğlu has 19 years of experience in Call Center, Customer Experience and e-Commerce sector, mostly establishing new teams in many different sectors including GSM, E-Commerce, Food Retail and IT.
He took part in many Start-Up projects in his professional life. In 2001, he proposed, implemented and finally completed successfully “Corporate Tele-Sales Project” in TURKCELL Global Bilgi.
He worked as a Customer Services Manager for 8 years at Markafoni and got the award in "Call Center Awards Competition” " TURKEY’S MOST COMMENDABLE CALL CENTER" award.
As of today, he is working as the Customer Experience Department Manager at INCEHESAP.COM. The “Achievement in Customer Excellence”, the 5th A.C.E Awards, which was held in May 2020 by the first and only customer satisfaction platform in Turkey, SIKAYETVAR.COM found INCEHESAP.COM Customer Service worthy for an award under his management.
