Müge has more than 13 years of CX experience in the telecommunication sectors, skilled in CX strategy, digital CX, complaint and quality management, loyalty management, customer insights analysis and CRM.
She has a strong background with increasing knowledge of CX design, customer insights, service quality and digitalisation efforts. She an expert in service design and improving customer journey for both online and offline channels using customer and data-driven insights.
Müge was graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Mathematics Engineering and hold a Master’s degree in MBA - Strategic Marketing and Brand Management.
