How We Create a Thrilling LIVE Online Event
With the entry phase of the Awards now complete, we’re eagerly anticipating the announcement of the finalists on June 4th.
How will we make it a fantastic online experience?
Our Awards Manager software makes everything easy on the day.
You don’t need to worry about clicking confusing Zoom links. Every “room”, where each category’s presentations will take place - is just a button click away.
You’ll have a personalised schedule for the day, and you can add presentations and talks to suit your interests. There’s also a networking feature, which allows you to connect with a fellow professional at a time when you’re both free.
For judges, the scoring process is smooth, simple and secure. At the end of each presentation, they move into a dedicated Scoring Room, where they can leave their ratings – and comments – for the finalists.
The Personal Touch
To deal with any unexpected issues on the day, every room will be administered by a dedicated member of the Awards International dream team.
They’re seasoned Zoom veterans, and will do everything they can to help!
Once we’re done with the presentations, it will be time to find out the winners. Time to grab a drink and get it up on the big screen!
We’ll hear from our keynote speaker, have a raffle for our charity partner Barnardo’s – and of course, find out what the judges have to say!
After the year we’ve all had, it will be a truly emotional event: a testament to the hard work and resilience that has carried us through challenging times, and a celebration of the teams and organisations that have done such amazing work.
